3. Pay in person at the Authority office at the address noted above. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
4. Pay at the NexTier Bank location at 409 Butler Road (next to the Quality Inn Motel). Please note, payments made at this location will not be posted the same day.
5. Auto Debit Bill Pay - You may elect to have your payments automatically deducted from your checking account by completing and submitting an authorization form. There is no charge for this option. The form is available here
If Your Water Is Shut Off:
If your water service has been shut off due to non-payment of sewer charges, please note: Payment must be made in full and in person at the Authority office in order for us to advise the water company as soon as possible that the shutoff is no longer needed. If you pay by check, water service will remain off until the check clears the bank, typically three business days.
Payment by credit card is available online only (https://www.diversifiedbillpay.com/v1/westhills/). If you choose to pay with a credit card, the Authority will not be aware of the payment until the next business day.
Same-day restoration of water service is not guaranteed by any water company.
